Barry Edwin Brill, 82, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, in Richmond Hill, Ontario, on September 28, 2025. Known for his hard work and humour, Barry was a devoted husband to Barbara (nee Drennan), loving father to Janice (Robert), James (Alexandra), and Brian (Jessica), and grandfather to Anthony, Madison, Adrianna, and Hayley. He is survived by his sisters, Lenore Grimmer and Margaret Hamilton, as well as many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

Barry left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him, from his charming character to his easy-going nature and unforgettable, contagious laugh. He enjoyed being a member of the Thornhill Cruisers car club and spending time with family, creating a legacy of love and memories to be cherished.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or Mackenzie Health Hospital in Richmond Hill.
