SUMMARY:Richmond Hill Ward 5 Music Festival
DESCRIPTION:This is a Charity Event organized by Councilor Karen Cilevitz – Ward 5 – Richmond Hill\, and will be held on Sunday\, July 7th at Mount Pleasant Park\, Harding Boulevard West (east of Arnold Crescent and near Sunrise Retirement Home).  Excerpt from her email to David Helman is shown below: \nOnce again\, my sincere thanks to you and Thornhill Cruisers for agreeing to participate in my summer event. I look forward to welcoming all classic and vintage car exhibitors! \nAttached please find the poster – 2 editions\, one lateral in png form\, the other vertical in pdf form for your use as you deem necessary. \nWe have room for 8 – 12 cars. The location is Mount Pleasant Park:\nhttps://goo.gl/maps/wwxh7yt3ejpQHxrx8\nAll cars will be optimally showcased at the entrance to the event\, more details of exact location and delivery to come. All exhibitors will be given food and drink tickets with usage of the Performers Green Room located on the first floor of the Lois Hancey Aquatic Centre attached to the park – cooling centre\, washrooms\, kitchen\, pizza\, beverages. \nAll exhibitors should bring their own chairs/blankets\, refillable water bottles\, sunscreen\, shade/shade umbrellas. Event volunteers will assist exhibitors with any and all on-site necessities. If you have any banners or exhibits you would wish to showcase\, please feel free to bring with you – Thornhill Cruisers will be provided with an exhibit table and 2 chairs. \nThe event runs from 2 pm through 8 pm\, if we can have cars there for the entire time I would greatly appreciate it. The cars can switch out after a specified amount of time if necessary\, I understand 6 hours is a long stretch! So if you feel we should have 2 or 3 shifts of different exhibitors/cars through the entire time\, please let me know once that schedule has been finalized so we are aware of all logistics required. \nPlease confirm with me the number of confirmed exhibitors as soon as you know this information so we may finalize the area to be used for the car exhibit. \nShould you have any logistical questions\, please directly contact either or all of RH Councillor and Council Events Staff who are cc’d:\nAva Daneshvar – Administrative Assistant to Councillor Cilevitz\nRisa Healey\, Alicia Dempster\, Erica Lal – Mayor and Council Events Staff \nThornhill Cruisers will become part of all our social media event promotions – please send us the club’s logo and website.
